Not sure why other people from other fandoms are commenting when it says clearly its to armys lol. i agree with you on multiple things, however, this is where things usually start to get murky with creators. Its usually around this time we start getting gaslighted about how army conducts themselves when it comes to their privacy. Anything they do that is outside of their music that they choose to not share with us is out of our business. Im glad you agree with that! What makes us upset is when we are seen as villains for standing ground of this. Army is massive; clearly you know that by now. Its so hard to be as organized as we are when we are in the millions range. Therefore, its easy to see things that other ARMY might deem okay when in reality its not. Hi! I am a Stay, not Army but I just wanted you to know that for me it's completly fine if you watched that video. I know that a lot of people coming at you watched it too, they just won't admit it. All fans are interested in the private life of their idols, even if smart people will try to keep it respectful and healthy. You did nothing wrong. As someone who is a Stay and only joined your patreon for the skz content, I know I don't have much of a leg to stand on here. But I just wanted to say that its beyond obvious- as someone on the outside looking in- that you are a 1000% certified ARMY. Your love for those boys oozes from you in nearly everything you do. I started watching BTS content on Nigel’s Patreon and was really enjoying the journey until I witnessed and experienced first hand how armys like you can be. Yes you can give anyone info without being rude but that didn’t happen did it. & I’m not an army but even I know it was a French paparazzi who took the video. Not a stalker. I know about the other stalker incidents they’ve been experiencing. I see it all over the NEWS cus I actually live in Korea. Not sure if you know this but EVERY DAMN IDOL HAS A STALKER FANBASE. I didn't see the hate comments (I don't know if they were deleted because the ones I saw were mostly polite and contained constructive criticism), but yeah, sometimes people mistake hate speech for constructive criticism and obviously that's not okay. You weren't aware of that video being a no-go and that's okay. Mistakes happen - you're still an army. I still want to point out a couple of things tho: 1) Everyone here saying armys are somehow more toxic is quite weird, tbh. You can constantly see hate speech towards jimin and the rest of the bts members from some stray kids' fans on social media - the only difference is that the army fandom is HUGE. So obviously there are more toxic people, even if the percentage of the toxic people is probably the same in every fandom. 2) Pleeease Nigel, don't ever react to anything from the channel 'Sultry Film' ever again. That channel is half dedicated to hating jimin and has made hate videos about his vocals, songs, and appearance - all of those have thousands of views. It would be good if you did a quick scan on the channels you react to.

the comments in the last video was really nasty. i wanted to comment something nice but it was just overwhelming with how many people were just.. blatantly mean to nigel. In all honesty, trying to communicate with someone who did an honest mistake in a nicer tone is much more impactful than going full blast on it and calling them ‘not an ARMY’. It was nigel’s first time reacting to such video and posting it and im pretty sure many of you out there had done the same mistakes before and either got called out or realised it was wrong. i’m sorry nigel, it’s just that it’s been hell for our boys recently. everything from death threats towards jk & people stalking him at his home, jin being given a vaccine in the military by a nurse from a different base who snuck in to see him, jimin being called an abuser by people who are toxic and ship jk & tae together, etc. like… it’s so bad over on twitter and seeing the dating rumors pop up and having people spread that “news” and feed into that invasion of privacy made me and a lot of other armys upset. i know u love bts and i’m sorry that so many armys were being incredibly negative, as well as myself. just please understand that going forward, it’s best to not listen to, spread, or trust anything that doesn’t come directly from bts or bighit themselves. their privacy gets invaded way too much and it’s extremely disheartening to see something new pop up everyday :/ we just want to protect our boys.

I’ve always wondered why sooo many reactors stopped reacting to BTS even though they still support them. I got to witness it first hand with Nigel’s previous video and the instant negativity he received the second he posted something army’s felt sensitive about, he got dragged. Keep this attitude up Army and you’ll literally turn off every reactor and future BTS fans from wanting to support BTS

I didn't like how a lot people came at Nigel so hard and rude......like if you've been watching Nigel for this long and are apart of his Patreon you would think you would know Nigels character by now and know he didn't make the video out of malicious intent. I think mostly, it is sharing leaked footage that was obtained without consent is something to reconsider. As content creators we have to figure out what is worth using as content. We all learn better and do better. In the US, celebrity news and gossip is mainstream but for ARMY we try to navigate this more carefully and respectfully.
