But that was a Loki from a different point in time. Just like he didn't know his father had died, or seeing his own death. His mother died in Thor Dark World which happened in 2013, and his father died in Thor Ragnarok which was in2017. Loki picked up the Tessaract and escaped in 2012. Then his own death in Infinity War in 2018. Infinite Stones are useless outside of the universe they were created in. So in the TVA, they are nothing but colored rocls. He didn't know what fish are because he has been in the TVA his whole life, there are no fish to exist there.
