I have gotten a few questions and thought I would answer them here so everyone can benefit. I will keep this post public so anyone can view. I will also be adding these to my FAQ on my tumblr.
I was your patron for a previous month, and was unable to download the item you posted before the new month, and no longer have access.
If you missed the time frame to download content you paid for you can absolutely DM me on patreon, tumblr, or discord and I will send you whatever files were posted within the month you were subscribed to my Patreon. So, no worries if you were not online in the last week of the month and missed something.
I would like to cancel my membership, can you do this for me?
Unfortunately, I cannot cancel your membership, only refund you for the current month. If you would like to prevent being charged for the next month you have to cancel the membership yourself. The only way I am able to remove you as a patron is to block you completely.
Can I have a refund?
If you are unhappy with my patreon, please reach out and let me know ASAP. I do not want anyone to feel like they have been cheated/their purchase was not valuable. We can work out a solution, whether that be a refund of the last month or a free month in the future. I have not had anyone try to take advantage of this rule yet, so this policy will remain in place unless I notice anyone taking advantage of it. I would be very grateful to discuss which of your expectations was not met so I can improve or be more clear with my tier descriptions in the future.
