New map dropped. "Why'd it have to be snakes?"

This map features a dungeon from a civilization that worshipped serpents and astrology, placing great importance on celestial events like eclipses. Much of this temple was buried after a cataclysmic event, leaving its ancient inhabitants and their treasures trapped inside. An archeologist recently uncovered an entrance to the long forgotten chamber. Believing the tomb to be trapped or haunted, the archeologist patiently waits outside the crypt until all the dangers are cleared by a group of explorers recruited from the city.

An eerie magical energy lingers in the air, leaving some lanterns eternally glowing. In one chamber, a large astrolabe that once tracked the celestial bodies appears dormant, as if waiting for an artifact to be placed on its empty pedestal. Adjacent to the flooded throne room lies the secret resting place of the Serpent King, surrounded by treasures of his civilization, predominantly a large golden disc inset into the floor.

This dungeon has ample opportunities for traps: gargoyles that can spray acid if an offering is not presented, a pressure plate puzzle room that can shoot poisoned darts, animated statues, and the classic boulder hallway.

Sorry it took a little while for this map. Major house renovations has been chaotic, stressful, and frustrating :') I have a pirate cave in the makings next...
