I think Rogu is emblematic of the show's overall movement away from Stan and the more serious social commentary of the early seasons. He's perfect for where the show is now. Rogu is strange, chaotic and used sparingly enough that he remains funny without overstaying his welcome. He plays very well off of every member of the family and is able to be a relatively blank slate to fit wherever he's needed. I love the little guy and find him totally charming!
