WIP: Neon V4

Despite my chaotic schedule, Neonβs still coming along beautifully π
Weβve just crossed the 2 minute mark! My current goal is to hit at least 4 minutes, but if enough of you are eager for more, I may push it further.
Iβve also been playing around with the beat effects. Still not completely happy with the results, but I'll continue refining it.
