Spotlight, T2+ members gets to nominate characters and then a voting happens, top 3 winners gets a mini gallery/set, hopefully every weekend the month after. Gallery is less frequent maybe once or twice per month and my choice for character(s). So at least 3-4 gallery/sets mini and large per month, if i don't get too overwhelmed that is hah. It's the flow im trying to bring each month from now on! π
