How to Get the Paper throw shot

Seen a request for something I have a clip of so here you guys go!
Real simple, real easy. All you need are 2-3 friends, a good chunk of paper, and a camera! I'm going to be showing you how to do it with strobe though.
If you can, try to use a controlled environment. Being outside during the day time would mean you'd need to do natural light because the strobe may not be able to catch up which isn't bad but for my taste I like strobe every time!
1. Set your strobes up where you want them
2. Get your team (friends with paper) in place
3. Make sure your cameras drive mode is on HI+ or whichever provides the fastest shooting.
4. Ensure your shutter speed is a bit higher to capture the papers falling better
5. Trial and error until you get what you want!
6. If you don't get exactly what you want, make it in photoshop with all the shots you've gotten!
This concept also applies for champagne shots too!
