How Should I create my prices? Charge Hourly or a flat rate?

First round of questions was from @ThatBoiK , Thank you for being in here brother 🙏🏾.
The second questions was How should I price my Shoots and if i should charge hourly or a flat rate.
I feel as if you all should have options for both. I provide the packages for people that may need them because they don't know exactly what they want to do but if a company actually wants me for a day rate then i'll be able to provide that flat rate as well.
