So i was thinking maybe like in Wandavision, the TVA is covered in Runes. Thats way no one's magic or powers work there. And all the tech is really just powered, or uses the magic of the person who made them. Because the sticks they use to prune glow like magic. And that way the get sent somewhere else instead of dying. It's all an illusion just like Loki said in the first episode.

Cause if the Time Keepers or whoever is actually running the TVA want there to only be one timeline they can rule over, then having any variation even one so different as Loki being born a woman would make it where you have to watch more than one timeline
