New icons, improved document structure and bug fixes

While we are still primarily working on the World Sharing feature, we have made a few updates to the live system over the last few weeks, including the following:
- Fixed error where sub sections created as nested items wouldn't be created.
- Text page blocks (text, images stat blocks etc.) can now be dragged while scrolling.
- The Lore Page content is now using browser window scroll - meaning it will work better with the browser and the various plugins you might be using for your browser.
- Improved various aspects of the UI - mainly in terms of responsiveness and modal behavior.
- A hot fix for Document edit: We moved away from using the click based "Change document location" to instead on rely on drag and drop changing the location of existing documents.
- 17 new icons for the icon library
