I completely gave up on relying on IT crews’ and engineers’ “professional opinion” years ago and did the research myself. Long story short, my experience with pc’s and internet went from 0-to-hero in the weeks I went deep into researching the stuff. Thanks, YouTube, for offering a bachelor-level education in computer engineering. If you continue to have trouble, I’ll offer what I know to help as much as I can. Keep doing what you do!
