I have client that has been trying to handle an ocean shipment all on his own, despite us being his customs brokers telling him that it is a complicated process. I told him at the start that he needed to send us everything he got so that we could clear his 142,000kgm of steel into the country. He has been sitting on a document that we needed for two days short of a month, and I am now scrambling to clear this as quick as possible to minimize storage charges. New year, same idiots.
