I genuinely apologise for the ridiculously short notice. I value your understanding and patience so very much. The rescheduled livestream is now set for Wednesday, 23rd August at 20:00 BST. I promise to bring my best self then.

Anxiety is the worst. I always found a bit of adrenaline worked so if I call you short alot you can imagine various methods of stabbing me. (If that would help of course)
