This at least explains why things have been so bad for so long. I finally decided to listen to what was repeatedly said in the comments rather than to the voice in my head and I literally have just been in bed since Friday night. While it is questionable as to whether I am feeling better, I am a lot less tired.
I am scaling back my plans, taking some pressure off of myself and taking a back seat from the whole being responsible for everything.
Thank you for your continuing patience and for talking some sense into me.
