Even without entering ketosis, I've really noticed how carbs make me feel sluggish. Your videos improved my productivity and my awareness. Aside from a healthy diet, you also mentioned how our brains are "rewired" by the internet. Since my art class, I've realized how little creativity I've gotten from watching videos and social media- my braim doesnt absorb a lot of information through them. So can you make a video on creativity? Thankss
