New Video! Intermittent Fasting & Hunger - The Science

New video on how hunger works during fasting. I know another video I did sort of already covers this (the Ghrelin part) but I thought it would be good to present everything together in the context of what is causing hunger when fasting (and in general).

Transcript is attached

Some interesting stuff in there. I'm keen to know more about the interactions with salt. Do you have more references on the 2.3g recommendation being too low for optimal health? Also you have three papers referenced on sodium excretion - the first [R] seems to only link to the title of the paper - do you have a link for the full paper or at least an abstract? Finally, on salt and hunger, I've found several studies that show salt intake giving rise to hunger - what are your views on those? Many thanks!

I haven't watched your video yet so I can't make a solid review of it. However, what I what to propose is that you can create some content relating to magnesium. As you did with salt (sodium and other minerals) magnesium can be a keystone in a balanced health, nonetheless, I am not sure about this but there are many books, videos, blogs and even Facebook groups (communities) that orbit around magnesium intake. Anyhow, I think it's a good moment to say that I really like the content you are creating, and you combine really well what can be considered "entertainment" and learning. Thank you and keep thinking outside of the box!
