The voting is over and we have a winner! After tallying up the votes, Giant tier votes, and HE votes, it was actually a 3-way tie, each with 12 votes! So with that said, I decided to be the deciding vote, which I then gave over to Wheel-kun (wheeldecide.com) and he chose... #3, "Cave (Hyper Dimensional Neptunia) with Giant-sized breasts, shredding her tight uniform." So yeah, if you want to hate someone, hate Wheel-kun (he deserves it in all honesty).
