For those confused, let me explain. First off, my reason for choosing the winner was simple: it was patron biased. It's the first time one of my oldest patrons who's stuck with me since the time I started my Patreon suggested something. In fact, the Fairy Tail actually was short one vote, but they suggested it and I like it a bit more, so I voted on it myself. So I'll be getting input on said patron on which to draw. If they don't respond by tomorrow, I'll just go with #23.
