The votes are in! And the winner is... #9, "Megumin and Yunyun (Konosuba) conjoined with giant breasts, as a result of the former trying and failing to use her Explosion spell due to the latter’s bad luck, the backlash making their breasts bigger," with 16 votes! Not gonna lie, this actually caught me by surprise. It kinda came from behind to win, particularly with the number of higher tier patrons that voted for it. 

Anywho, here's the rest of the results:
