Regarding Secondary Patron Pick Polls

Since I did so suddenly last month, I just wanted to let people know a couple of things about the Secondary Patron Pick Polls. For one, they're only for the Huge ($15) tier and above. And two, there's no sending suggestions for such polls. They're those that I come up with myself and as such, aren't beholden to the rules I set for the main poll.
