Regarding Subscription Billing and Apple's iOS Requirements

So, for those who haven't heard, Apple's forcing all Patreon creators to switch to subscription billing. The change will automatically take place starting November 2024. In order to adjust to this, I will be sending the monthly exclusives link at the end of the month for $5 tier patrons and above. Not to be confused by the links I send when I make a new post. Those will be sent shortly after the preview post has been made. This switch is honestly something I've been dragging my feet on, but it's actually a positive change.

The real problem is for those joining from the iOS app, from which Apple will apply a 30% fee. To adjust for this so that creators don't earn less, Patreon is increasing prices from the iOS app by about 43%. Nobody wants to deal with this, including Patreon themselves, so for anyone who wants to join my Patreon, please do so from a web browser or the Android app.
