Curry Man is Christopher Daniels' rib on how North American and European fans view Japanese pro-wrestling, it's meant to be ludicrous, over-the-top, and cartoonishly stupid. It's one reason it got VERY over in New Japan: they got the joke. The problem arises when that character is booked by Vince Russo, who is NOT in on the joke, and Daniels can only explain that context to dirt sheets read by ~5% of the audience. Rayesha Sayid is a Cauasian-American impersonating a broad stereotype of Middle Eastern women who is only working in North America and Europe, where those stereotypes are from. For one of them: the character is a joke on the narrow-minded. For the other, the character is just FOR the narrow-minded.
