I lost all my files from the last 12 years...

I had an accident with my files and lost them all... My family photos, high school memories, my family trips and parties, my sister's birth, my pets, my old house, photos of my grandfather's ranch.  Also gone were personal photos of me and my husband, our first dates together, our precious memories, including private files, our intimacy. 

Also, all my work from the last 8 years, all my high resolution drawings, and all the original PSD files, went to hell.  Each and every one of the commissions, gifts, trades, collabs... Also, painfully, all my personal drawings from the last 12 years.  My first drawings, the references of my characters, the memories of my Rolplay, of my stories. 

Important things like medical exams, legal documents, the project of my future house also left.  And other files not so important, but with sentimental value, such as my collection of images, movies, manga, books, tutorials, etc. 

Thanks to Patreon, I was able to recover some high-resolution images of my work from the last few months... Also, in the history of WhatsApp conversations with my husband, I was recover half of our photographs, although not in high resolution.  And of course, after trying to restore files with hard drive data recovery programs, I was able to save a few more files, but out of almost 2 TB of memory, I only had 90 GB of data left.  So imagine my deep, deep pain. 

I was depressed about this situation for a couple of weeks, I couldn't turn on my work computer or tablet without feeling a deep emptiness and mourning the loss of my precious 12 years of memories.  But like every duel, little by little I am overcoming it... And I learned a huge lesson, back up all my files always, not store everything in one place, and continue using my Patreon and the rest of my social networks to publish my art, my photographs, my memories... So they will always be available to me when I need them.

Now, I just have to make new memories.  New photographs, new trips, new drawings, new all.  And I thank everyone who will be part of them in the future. You are my family, I infinitely appreciate your support, hugs ❤️
