At 18:20 of episode 293, Hinamori suddenly stood up after all the captains and us viewers saw Aizen being stabbed to death, ignored Kira's words, and walked straight out of the barrier. In fact, the "girl" who stood up and seemed to have been controlled staggered forward all the way. This is actually Aizen. Hinamori was replaced long before Aizen was stabbed, and the captains were hypnotized because they were Unable to find out, they collectively rushed towards the girl instead of Aizen who was watching the "movie" below. After everyone was in the midst of joy, he got up and walked out of the barrier to end the rest, which in our audience and Kira's perspective was the girl walking out of the barrier. From Ichigo's point of view, he sees all the captains rushing towards Hinamori and killing her. So he was stunned and questioned them loudly.
