Just to clarify for new members of my patron community.
There are two pledges/batches of content per month. Each batch has a time window to be qualified to receive the content when they actually are sent out.
Example:
October Batch 1 10/1 - 10/15
October Batch 2 10/15 - 10/30
As long as you join or stay patron during those times, you'll receive the content.
Also, make sure to set the monthly pledge limit to 2 pledge per month, not 1 pledge per month. Otherwise you'll miss out on the 2nd batch per month.

When do I send the contents out?
When the pledge payments are processed
The bother of the pledge payments don't get processed until the following month.
Example:
October pledge payments will start being
Processed on November 1st - 6th
October content will be sent out by
NOVEMBER 7th 2015
