A forbidden artifact left by the celestials. The double-bladed sword might not have a destructive magical attack and the two floating shield doesn’t have any defensive magic or anything to protect their wielder. The reason this sword is considered a taboo object is because of its ability to influence other people’s minds within its extremely wide area of effect. Its ability force its wielder’s belief and sense of justice into other people’s mind and rallying them into an army of Martyr that willing to fight to their death for the same cause as the wielder. The devastating effect of this sword is written in the history book, It was used by the 3rd Grand Paladin during the Rustana Theocracy war with the Tierra Kingdom over the control of the ancient city Ariasfel. While marching toward the battlefield, the sword caused an entire population of three cities to turn into hordes of Martyr regardless of their age and gender. The cost of their victory was a massive number of casualties of both citizens and soldiers. It was then condemned as a forbidden artifact by the holy council.

UPDATE:

I had difficulty making proper stats for this item because of the lore (also I updated the lore a bit too). So once again, I went with "concept first, balance second" for this one. I think this item is more of a plot device than an everyday use weapon. A device to build an army that fears no death, perhaps something that a player had to choose to use for "the greater good," or something that a BBEG/antagonist faction is using to create a cult or to start a holy war.
