WIP - Train
Added 2021-03-01 10:46:04 +0000 UTCNow for the prompt Train (locomotive), there are several Idea that in mind, but due to a very hectic schedule, I have to choose something a bit easier for me.
At first, I was going for a kinda obvious choice; insect, perhaps centipede, or millipede which already resemble a train by themselves. But I'm unable to find a good way to make them look more than just a giant centipede/millipede.
for the creature on top, I was planning to make another species of Grimjaw, a creature from the 2019 Trial of Ink. Since coincidentally, I designed it to have a nose on top of its head/back like a whale, which kinda resembles a locomotive chimney if I make it breathe out steam or smoke. This chimney nose becomes more prominent in the bottom sketch. Monster hunter influences this one. I imagine a flightless dragon that lives in the swamp or desert area, with a pair of 'wings' that was inspired by mole cricket to either dig or plow their way through the environment.
For now, I'm lean more toward the bottom sketch. what do you think? do you have any suggestion or ideas to add?

ooh, that's a neat idea. I'll think of a design that might leave a trail that resembles a train track

2021-03-01 14:37:00 +0000 UTCHmmm... You know how trains go on tracks? What if it left a trail behind it as it passes and that kinda seems like a track? Adventurers could even follow it to find certain things (e.g. minerals or some other objects of interest that the locomotive beast pursues)
