Hammer-Back Bhagon

The Hammer-Back Bhagon is a Dire Boar from the genus Forteverris, or the Force Boar. It is a group of Dire Boar with the innate magical ability to create an interruptable momentum and ignore the law of physic for just a few seconds. Unlike the Horned-Back Bhagon, The Hammer-Back is twice bigger, stronger, and so far still untamable. Also, unlike its relatives that live in a small pack, The Hammer-Back is a solitary creature.

When angered, The Hammer-Back Bhagon will use its giant hammer-like horn on its back to ram its enemies. The most terrifying thing is that once it reaches its maximum speed, it’ll trigger the wild magic in its body, turning its charge’s momentum into an absolutely unstoppable force while making its body immune to any impact. Researchers believe that it is using primitive Graviturgy and Chronomancy to produce such a bizarre ability.

Adventurers and Hunters are warned not to disturb a Bhagon especially when they’re in close proximity to civilization. It is because Bhagon, especially the Hammer-Back is known to hold grudges for a long time and is very persistent. It is proven by a recent incident when a group of iron rank adventurers tried to hunt Hammer Back Bhagon but end up being chased across The Baramus Praire for 4 days. When they tried to hide inside a large town called Albarary, the Hammer-Back ended up smashing through from the southern wall straight across the entire town and coming out through the northern wall, still chasing the adventurers.

Even though I'm really excited to work on this prompt, turned out, I found some difficulty with this prompt. It might be caused by a hectic schedule which definitely make it harder for me to think as clearly as usual. So, I ended up using one of my last year creature which coincidentally have the exact ability as the prompt 'Unstoppable Momentum'.

Although I'm quite satisfied with the quality and the illustration itself, once again, I feel a bit down that I'm unable to come up with a new creature >____<
