Video - Making of Greedy Gladius
Added 2021-11-30 02:38:43 +0000 UTCTimelapse for the first sword I made for the 2021 Swordtember, Greedy Gladius.
For the first day, I didn't want to make overly complex shape, so I decided to keep the design closer to the gladius design and only play with the details and effect. Unfortunately I made some mistake for the melting gold effect and made it a bit too close to a honey. I believe the composition for the flowing melting gold made it too gooey which is why it kinda looks more like a honey. I should have made them flow straight and give more glow to it.
