Primal Perfume
Wondrous Item, Rare
This rare perfume is created by extracting the pheromone of Martyr Beak, a species of flightless bird with the natural ability to produce a pheromone that entices other creatures to attack it. It uses this ability to distract and lure away any predators that target its nest or babies. The perfume is often used by a vanguard in adventurers group to make sure their enemies don't attack their back line. But it’s advised not to use it excessively and follow the instructions, because too much of the perfume can cause severe paranoia and hallucinations that lead the affected creature to lash out against anything within its sight.

Distracting Scent. You can use an action to apply the perfume to yourself or a creature within 5 feet of you. The perfume will be active for 10 minutes. Each creature that starts its turn within a 5 foot radius from the source of the scent must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature has a disadvantage on attack rolls against any target other than the source of the scent until the start of its next turn. A full bottle of Primal Perfume has 10 uses.
Maddening Mist. As an action, a creature can throw the bottle at a point up to 60 feet away. On impact, the bottle will break and create a 20-foot radius sphere of red mist centered on that point that lasts for 1 hour, or until strong wind disperses the mist. When a creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature goes berserk. While berserk, the creature must use its action each round to attack the creature nearest to it. If it can make extra attacks as part of the attack or multiattack action, it uses those extra attacks, moving to attack the next nearest creature after the creature fells its current target. If the berserk creature has multiple possible targets, it attacks one at random. While affected by the mist, the creature has advantage on attack rolls and +2 to weapon damage. At the end of its turns, an affected target can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. If it succeeds, the berserk effect ends for that target. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Primal Perfume for 24 hours.

Creatures that don't need to breathe, are immune to being charmed, or are immune to poison can’t be affected by the perfume.
