Stellar Spark is a large longbow crafted from a Golden Firefly, a species of giant firefly that can store an enormous amount of static electricity in its abdomen and produce a spark of lightning. Their mating ritual includes shooting a spark of lightning between themselves to both impress females and ward off male competitors. Utilizing this innate ability, the locals use a unique crafting technique and enchantment to craft a bow that can imbue electricity to the arrow and has the magical ability to create a spectral swarm of the fireflies still equipped with their innate ability.

Arrows fired from this bow are imbued with static electricity that causes them to glow. When you hit with an attack using this magic bow, the target takes an extra 1d4 lightning damage. Creatures struck by an attack from this bow emit bright light in a 5-foot radius until the end of your next turn.
Awaken. As a bonus action, you can spend 1 hit dice to awaken this bow for 1 minute. You summon a number of tiny spectral fireflies equal to the total of the hit dice rolled (minimum 1) in unoccupied spaces within 20 feet of you. The fireflies last for 1 minute, have 1 hit point, 15 AC, and are immune to lightning damage. Any creature that moves within 5 feet of a firefly for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there takes 1 lightning damage. As a bonus action, you can move the fireflies up to 10 feet.
Arthropod Armaments. If you have multiple Arthropod Armaments with Awaken feature equipped, you can use the same bonus action to awaken any number of them. You still need to spend at least 1 or more hit dice per armament that you want to awaken.
Linked Lightning. As an action, you can spend up to 5 hit dice to shoot a bolt of lightning 5 feet wide to a firefly within 30 feet of you. You can have the bolt then leap to a different firefly within 30 feet, continuing to leap to new fireflies until there’s no firefly within range. A firefly can only be used to bounce the lightning bolt once, and immediately disintegrates upon doing so. When the lightning bolt passes through a creature, it must make a DC15 Dexterity saving throw. The target takes lightning damage equal to 1d8 per hit dice spent on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature can be affected only once a turn by this lightning bolt.
