3 more to go, I'm starting to run out of gas, but fortunately, I have a rough idea for the last 3 items.
Weapon (Shortsword), very rare (requires attunement)
Enlightened Edge is a set of a book and a wand created by The Lore Mistress, Janakara Lauryavarta Zanyarin. The wand and book cover is made of her scale, while strands of her hair are used to make the paper and bind the pages together. To a regular person, the pages only contain intelligible words. Still, those with high intelligence can try to focus on those words and gain any knowledge regarding a specific topic they desire to learn. Based on that understanding, they can also create a blade resting on the wand's tip specifically designed to meet their needs. But it’s also known those who use this item will indirectly make a contract with The Lore Mistress, giving her access to any new knowledge that the person learns while the item is in their possession.

You need an intelligence score of 17 or more to attune to this item. This magic item consists of two sets of items, a wand that also serves as a sword hilt and a book that can be used as a spell book and spellcasting focus.
You can spend 2 hours trying to read the book, gain understanding regarding a specific topic, and create a blade that specifically fulfills your needs. You can make an Intelligence check. The total result will determine how many topics you can learn from the list. On a total of 15, you can learn 1 topic. On 17, you can learn 2. On 19, you can learn 3. On 21, you learn 4. The blade and effect that you gain from learning the topic last until you take a long rest or until you use this ability again.
Creature Expert. You can choose 1 type of creature, such as aberrations, beasts, celestials, constructs, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, giants, monstrosities, oozes, plants, or undead. Alternatively, you can select two races of humanoid (such as gnolls and orcs) or a specific individual whose real name is known to you. You have an advantage on Intelligence checks to recall information about them. In addition, you have an advantage on your attack roll against the selected type of creature. You can choose this topic more than once.
Elemental Expert. You can choose one of the following damage types: acid, cold, fire, force, lightning, necrotic, radiant, or thunder. Your attack with the blade now deals an additional 1d8 of the damage type you choose. In addition, you also gain resistance to damage of the chosen type. You can choose this topic more than once. When you do, the additional damage is increased by 1d8, and you can switch the damage type at will.
Magical Defense Expert. You have an advantage on saving throws against a spell or magical effect. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw.
Spellcasting Expert. You learn 1 cantrip from any class. You can roll 1d4 + your Intelligence modifier and choose to learn spells from any class. The total level of spells that you choose can’t exceed your total roll. You can cast each of those spells once without spending a spell slot. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells' spellcasting ability is Intelligence. You can choose this topic more than once.
Martial Expert. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. As a bonus action, you can make an Intelligence (Investigation) check against a creature you can see that isn't incapacitated, contested by the target's Charisma (Deception) check. If you succeed, your next melee attack that hits that creature is a critical hit. You can choose this topic more than once, each time gaining an additional +1 bonus to attack and damage with this weapon.
