Strigacervus nocturnus
Owldeer is a creature belonging to the Hippogriphae family. Unlike the common Hippogriff, Owldeer has the head, wings, and forelimbs of an owl instead of an ealge, the hindquarters of a deer instead of a horse. Though it is the smallest among other species of Hippogriff, its light and agile body makes it the fastest. Taking after its namesake, Owldeer is a nocturnal hunter that silently soars the night sky of Drizzle Plains to hunt small prey such as mice, rabbits, and even grey goblins. Its keen eyes and ears can detect the slightest movements, even if its source is hidden beneath the snow-covered tundra. Owldeer is also known for its branching horns, that it uses to attract mates and ward off potential rivals.

I like this combination of traits for this creature. A hippogriff ambush predator who does a bit less damage turn by turn, but has hit and run abilities like dive attack and flyby to add a different style to it's encounter and the way you could use this as a mount. Also it's design is gorgeous and I love owls. 10/10
