ADOPTED Finding a home for Peri

We’ve posted this on our social media but I want to give you guys the in-depth info on this sweet girl and why we are pushing so very hard to find her a home.

She is 6 years old, she was born here at the rescue and was adopted. At the end of last year, during a divorce, she was abandoned in the house she grew up in for weeks. One of the parties involved in that divorce went to get her and decided to keep her but after this traumatic experience, she didn’t get on with their young children anymore and was very stressed; she also stopped getting along with one of their other cats; because of this she was closed in a room on her own for most of the time she was with them.

I cannot tell you strongly enough how SWEET she is - she just wants to cuddle, all the time. That’s it. She wants to cuddle and go where you go and be with you; she has some abandonment issues but those will ease with time, patience and love. Please can you help us? We spend as much time with her as we can but we are such a small team here that she won’t get anywhere near as much attention as she needs and, especially after everything she has been through, deserves.

Please help us find her a furever home ASAP. Please.

She cannot be with young children and ideally she should be the only cat. There’s an adoption application on our website (SAVEAFOX.org) that needs to be filled out and we’re right on top of those and will contact applicants within 24hrs for this sweetheart.
