Dracula: "Batman, you no doubt were a formidable opponent, but I will always be the Ruler of the Night. As my fangs have penetrated your skin, they have also penetrated your soul. You have been utterly defeated and you are aware of it. That is certain to bring great shame, but as this new blood has entered your frame and transformed you into a bloodseeker, you now develop a new understanding."
Batman: "There is deep shame, but you are right, I was defeated by a foe greater in power and even legend. You have the experience of 1000's of years. And I wasn't ready to compete with you. I can do nothing but concede defeat to a superior force."
Dracula: "And now you, Batman, have the benefit of eternal life on this earth. Acquiant yourself with me, learn the ways of the vampire, drink the blood of your former race. Not for cruelty, but for survival of a superior form."
Batman: "It was not the life I expected, but it is the one that has chosen me. And as the blood enters me, a new vision emerges. It is a great honor to be your bride. Two creature of the night, we will walk hand in hand, and soon, in the light of day."
