I’m so glad to be scheduling these, I really needed the time to sleep :,) this year was a hard transition year into being fully independent, but I’m very excited for what the future holds. I have some very fun things happening with my Dorian game, it’s coming out pretty soon as in hopefully mid October end of at the latest!

There are three love interests, and I’m considering making the second act villain love interest as well LOL we’ll see

The story is based in a world where reincarnation is widely understood to be common. Many religions and such are in dedication to ‘the next life’ as they assume they’ll be reincarnated through a Spirit Realm, guided by a goddess (the moon) into their rebirth.

One of the first love interests is a vampire spelled “vaempyre”. This is for the sake of having named mortalkind in this world “Nimean”s, a human/elf species. These vaempyres are unlike the vampires, we know, and are familiar with, the reason for switching out the ending of vampire to ‘pyre’ is in reference to the fact that their powers come from the sun and are fire based. This love interest is being hunted by the Mages of Balance, and you have the chance to intervene, and possibly end a civil war of Mages and Vaempyres that has been running for centuries.

There are variants of Nimeankin, such as vaempyres and were creatures, as well as a divine race of Nimeans born with natural mage inclinations. These Nimeans are often picked and trained by a faction called the “Mages of Balance”. Vaempyre hunters under an oath which grants them immortality. The second love interest is one of these mages, but he is on your side, and is suspicious that often, some of the creatures they hunt seem innocent, so he agrees to help you when the things begin to get complicated as you join the Mages of Balance in Act I

The last love is a wood nymph who you grew up with, you were raised by an adoptive family of tree nymphs in a realm called the Deep Wood. There are many forest realms, but this was where your adoptive mother resided, and where she took you when she found you wandering as a child. They’re the only family you’ve ever known, and Lilian has been your best friend for many years. You’re an adventurer and have wandered the realms freely, but being a staple of the small community, Lilian has never had the chance to leave the Deep wood before. She lives vicariously through your stories, and wants nothing more than to join you on them someday.

As we approach the date, and I get my artwork back from our little team, I’ll continue updating y’all on the game!
