She's protecting Powder as much as she can for the longest time, and the first time she goes too far she realises it and takes some distance to stop herself. When she wants to go back to her sis she's kidnapped and put in jail as a child, in a midst of criminals of all ages. Her first action when she gets out is to look for Powder to get back to her. There's a period of time when she sees Jinx for the killer she is and wants to stop her, but as soon as she sees an opporunity to get her out, she drops everything to take that chance. She's a great character, I can't see why we could want to see her dead π
