Beginner FAQs | Part 1
Added 2020-09-24 20:00:27 +0000 UTCI've received lots of questions from new Bambis about fears and concerns early on! I'm going to publish them here as I go thru messages and clean them up so that future Bambis can learn!
1. I don't think I'm in trance because I keep thinking about other stuff
Don't fight thoughts that come up. Just accept them. And then when you realize the thoughts are distracting you from the hypnosis audio, you can quiet thoughts back down and focus on listen again. Those thoughts that come up just allow you to take a little break and reset focus on listening and relaxing.
2. The "amnesia" doesn't work on me
Conditioning and triggers that say they are trying to help you forget everything about your life are more just an exercise to clear your mind :) don't worry about expectations. Don't expect to actually lose memory. Just accept the commands, let them wash over you. Maybe even just pretend they are working a little bit. And imagine they they get a liiiittle stronger every time you listen.
3. Arousal triggers aren't strong, especially the guided HFOs and 'cum and collapse'
Orgasm triggers can't fully manipulate your biology. I mean, think about sex. Sometimes people think they are in the mood, and their partners does everything right, and then it turns out they just aren't in the mood anymore. It happens! It's not magic. I keep listening to because every now and then and orgasm trigger feels REALLY good. Most of the time I just feel my arousal and satisfaction deepen. Sometimes I don't feel much of anything, and that's okay!
4. When will Bambi fully "take over"?
Takeover looks different for everyone, and it really depends on *your* goals and *your* boundaries. I think it was like a year and a half of listening on and off before I ever took a selfie of me in a dress and wig and posted it to discord. And even then I didn't show my face and still rarely do. I will probably keep listening on and off for years so I keep inching toward that happy blissfully dumb girly identity. It gets a little stronger every time I go back to the hypnosis. Meaning that the effects feel a little deeper, my I inhibitions to try something new go away a little bit more. Like, three years in I'm only now starting to try make-up! For now though, just being able to sustain the mindset for longer and longer periods of time is really fun. It used to be that I could only really keep those feelings for an hour. Now I can feel it for almost a whole day.
5. How do I start?

Then, add files in until you have a sense of how long you like your trances to be. I like to keep mine to about 1hr 15 minutes or shorter. while I have lots of resources here, it definitely helps to read the info on the blogspot, too!!
