you need to install this mod https://www.patreon.com/posts/hs-kk-timeline-1-37188531 and this one https://www.patreon.com/posts/hs-kk-ai-hs2-1-2-40763065 then you drag and drop the animation scene file in the same folder you have the normal game studio scenes, after that open on studio neo and hit "CTRL + T" to open the timelime
