Poll - FMG duration
Added 2025-02-02 14:32:00 +0000 UTCI think that this is the right time to ask what sort of duration the muscle growth has in 'Dating Elena'. I have 3 options in mind:
A) Permanent, additive, gradual:
The serum would have a smaller impact, but the growth would be permanent, and each serum dose would add-up to the user's muscle mass.
Pro:
Fun progression throughout the game
Con:
If Option 2, it would be a nightmare and require a disproportionate amount of work if you can play dates in any order.
B) Temporary peak growth, then shrinks down to set medium size:
This would be what I've been going with in version 1.0 of the game.
Elena has a spectacular growth, then slowly shrinks down to a more manageable size while sleeping. That size would be a new normal. Any new use of the serum would push her back to her peak growth then shrink back to her enhanced form.
Pro:
A solid compromise between permanent and temporary.
The characters would always be more attractive to look at after their initial FMG scene.
Cons:
We never get to see a character's original appearance again after first serum use.
C) Temporary growth, slowly fades away:
The serum user grows big, then goes back to normal size after a time-skip (example: sleeping).
Pros:
It would allow more re-use of sprites, making it an efficient solution.
It would also allow the characters to walk around town realistically without constantly attracting too much attention.
Con:
No fun progression/stages of growth.
