WEEKLY POST - May 25th 2025 - It's Morgin Time!

Hey there everybody!

Ok so this week, I have a bit of a good news / bad news situation.

The good news is that (unexpectedly) Elena's friend, the Gym girl, won the Bonus Content Drop poll. I was sure Elise Dubois would win, but out of nowhere, votes started showing up for the Gym girl, so I decided to change my plans a bit.

The bad news is that this week, I wanted to spend more work on Elena's neeked sprite, and Elise being already designed, making a drop about her would've been less work.
But making a decent design for the Gym girl, to have her look just like I've been picturing her for the past 7+ months, meant I couldn't spend a lot of time on the actual game.

So here's the first picture of the drop, featuring Morgane Moreau:

With that, I have a solid design for her, and I will be able to re-use it when (/if) I get to working on Chapter 2.
I wanna thank the Hobz & Gobz who voted in the emergency poll in the middle of the week to decide Morgan's first name. :)

One of the things I wanted to nail with her was her tattoos. I don't want AI to generate a completely different set of tattoos for every pic, so I made them myself on Photoshop, and then I got to apply and warp them picture by picture. Consistency won't be as perfect as if it was a texture applied on a 3D model, but it should be better than random patterns I have little control over.

This also means that of the 10 pictures of this drop, I only have completed about 5 of them at the time of writing (about 40 minutes before sending this post to all of you), I'm still working on the others. But I certainly hope to be done within the next few hours.
I'm really excited about this one, it's gonna be dope!

Hobgoblins and Goblins Tiers will get a notification on Discord when it's ready later today, and I'll post it all in the Bonus Content channel!
