The Dance of the Feathered Serpent
Added 2022-08-30 13:43:19 +0000 UTCKnown as Quetzalcoatl to the Aztecs, but to the Mayans as Kukulcan, the Feathered Serpent was their chief deity. He brought maize, or corn, to the people and thus agriculture. Lord of the sky and fertility, and to some the Supreme Deity who created and watched over all aspects of life.
I really enjoyed doing research on this first pinup and I hope you all enjoy it too!

I'm also including the concept art I made for this pinup. Mayan dress was incredibly ornate, but there were also a lot of individual touches to each person's dress. Gold. Precious stones, and feathers were the dominate themes though.
