Can't change the billing method.

According the the 'support center' Apparently If my setting was set to charge upfront I can't change the billing method, pretty much only way to change billing method is to make a new creator page.
So billing method will stay as how is it right now (monthly *upfront when sign in).
everything else will go as plan.
