Usually, Kekkei Genkai is inherited most the time and gets passed on to their children, but Hashirama's DNA and Wood Style is so special and unique that it's not to be able to get passed down even if Tsunade was Hashirama's descendant. Even in the whole Senju Clan of Hashirama there was no one else with that ability. Also Tsunade is not Hashirama's daughter, she is his Granddaughter
