New Demo - 2/24/19
Added 2019-02-24 06:50:59 +0000 UTCHello guys! Hope you are having a relaxing weekend (unlike me). I bit off more than I could chew with this next video, so I'm now working to majorly restructure the entire concept with just one week to go.
"Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen has been requested on and off now for months, but I've never had a strong enough video idea to warrant covering it. This past week, I had a eureka moment at like 1:00am, and started working on a demo. I also brilliantly decided to purchase an entire Freddie Mercury wardrobe for the video before the demo was even complete. Since then, a few things have happened.
My original video idea became a disaster. Nothing was working, and I was up all last night trying to salvage it. So that's the bad news, but there is some good news. Because I had originally intended for this video to be the full song, I did record a 3 minute cover on Otamatone. That full cover will not make it into the video, but you guys will receive the full download link next weekend when the video releases.
All of that being said, the video is coming along nicely now. Ideas are flowing, and I think it'll be a neat homage to Queen. Until I'm finished, enjoy this extra long demo!
