Announced just after a 2022 trendline break out too, that being said, the HSI has continued to be bullish this year and other ADRs have been moving strong lately, a catalyst like this announcement could help $NIO break above the $5.32 level and move to $7 next and build a new impulse wave.
I will break even on $NIO at $5.42, so I will be happy to see this breakout.
