Price had already broken above the 0.78 Fib at $86, retested the level then and has now bounced and moving back up to the 0.618 Fib at $89, where the 50 Day MA is also waiting.
This is good movement for $TLT and recapturing the blue line at $91 will be a significant trend change and signal a further bullish move for me back up to +$100
