a new dude!

i wanted to make a new character- a friend for dirty z mainly!
and like dirty z, he's kinda pokemon-y! a loose interpretation of houndoom, with my own preferences thrown in.
his name is a reference to charon, the ferryman of the underworld in greek mythology! i had a bunch of names in mind, but this one wouldnt stop popping into my head.
im not sure how i wanna do his personality yet! probably dark humored and a bit more reserved compared to dirty z. maybe more aggressive!
im fickle and dont like consistency, so in the future i might not draw his spikes/horns/armband things, but we'll see!
