Lulu gets buffed but not in a way that helps her that much in midlane, she will be more pickable though in mid with kindred being buffed for example, but not gonna put her on the tierlist just cus of that, but shes good some games
Rumble strong flex atm, new passive helps him a lot in melee matchups
Vladimir nerfed, but still stronger than what he was couple patches ago.
So many assassins are good atm so changed the tier system there
Sylas obviously turns s+ tier in some drafts
Lee sin is like AD rumble, stomps all melees.
Xerath buffs are quite nice, and nerfs to hard engage like hecarim helps him alot.
Seraphine dropped a tier, her full AP build doesnt make her the same champ she was back with moonstone, and the jungle champs being nerfed (hecarim, udyr) makes her worse aswell..
AD assassins are the best mids atm cus jglers like morgana, rumble, diana
Kindred very good vs AD Assassins, except lee sin.
Immobile mages are struggling now cus of assassins, so moving anivia down, viktor can stay in S because he doesnt do that bad vs assassins compared to other mages.
